Our competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom only who are 18 years or older.
We do not accept entries from anyone outside of these areas as the laws for running competitions vary. Competitions have been organised to comply with the laws of England, and Wales.
Also, you cannot enter this competition if you are a relative of any of our directors or suppliers.
What are the prizes?The prizes are described fully on the website, We reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of an equal or higher value if the prize is unavailable for any reason.
Can I sell the prize if I don’t want it?If you are the winner, the prize will be yours. You can do whatever you wish with it, including selling it.
When is the draw for a Competition?The competition draw date and time is stated on the entry page for each competition. All Entrants will be placed into a draw and the winner will be chosen by a random draw.
Why is my order Cancelled?We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not adhere to our Terms and Conditions, this is to protect everyone and make sure our competitions are fair and honest.
How is the winner chosen?
Traditional Draws:
Every one of our traditional draws can be watched live via our Facebook page or other social media channels for everyone to see. We use a random number generator to determine the winner. We prove we are live by reading out comments and answering customer queries as we go. If a traditional draw does not sell out and the first number generated is unsold, we will generate a new number until we have a winner.
Instant Wins:
Instant win competitions are won by receiving a entry number that matches a number on the list of pre-determined prizes. If your entry numbers match any of the numbers on the list of prizes, you will instantly win that prize!
Auto Draws:
Our auto draws are similar to traditional draws, but without a live draw. We use code to randomly generate a winning number at the time of the draw. The winner will be contacted and announced on our social media channels. You can also find details of your win in my account.
What is my Draw Number?There are 3 ways in which you can find your entry number for a draw.
1. When you enter a competition your entry numbers can be found on the confirmation page.
2. On the confirmation email sent to the email address assigned to your account.
4. Log into your account, go to My account –> Recent Orders –> click on each order and you will see entry numbers there.
If a competition that you have entered does not sell out, the draw will still take place and you will have a better chance of winning than if it had sold out! All sold entries are still valid and we will generate a random number until we have a winner.
Is this a scam?We are a fully registered limited company in the UK (under Company Number 13548903) and have our registered office at 3 Coventry Innovation Village, Cheetah Road, Coventry, West Midlands, United Kingdom, CV1 2TL).
We run prize draws which are fully compliant with the Playing Act of 2005.
We do all of our live draws on Facebook, YouTube, or other social platforms for everyone to watch and witness.
All entry numbers are selected randomly upon purchase and upon drawing.
Why am I receiving communications from GoGoVox Competitions?We send out SMS, emails and app notification to all customers who register with us as part of our core service.
How do Instant Win Competitions work?Instant win competitions have predetermined prizes with numbers allocated to them at the time the competition launches. If you buy a entry into a competition with instant wins and one or more of your entry numbers match the list of predetermined numbers, you will win the prize(s) allocated to it. Some instant win competitions have an ‘end prize’ where every entry purchased into the instant win competition will be entered to win the end prize, drawn as a traditional or automated draw at the end of the competition.
Why am I receiving spam by email or via SMS?We never send spam, we only send communications to those who are registered to our service. If you are receiving spam messages please contact us and we can verify what you have received and whether it is from us.
How do I opt out from some or all of the communications?Simply visit My Account -> Account Details and edit your communication preferences
Can I get a refund on entry fees?We do not offer refunds of entry fees, even if you are disqualified from the competition for any reason.
What are my chances of winning?The maximum numbers of entries is stated on each competition so your chances of winning will vary from competition to competition.
As an example, if entries are capped at a maximum of 3000, this means that if you purchase 1 entry and get the answer correct, your chances of winning will be no worse than 1 in 3000.
You can increase your chances of winning by purchasing more entries. For example, if you purchase 10 entries in the example above and you get the answer correct, your chances of winning will be no worse than 1 in 300.
You can increase your chances of winning by purchasing entries only up to the point of the maximum permitted per person. This limit is stated in the competition page. As with the example of 3000 total entries available, if the maximum entries per user is 100 then you would be permitted to purchase 100 entries and have odds of 100 in 3000 (equivalent to 1 in 30).
The maximum entries total and the maximum permitted per person vary per competition and they are stated on the competition page. They may also be stated in areas of the website where competitions are summarised.
